Key deliverables are tasks reports and the final report.
Background reports which covers the statistical data of importance, management process descriptions, organizations and analytical results in order to communicate the context in which the findings and recommendations are set.
Findings and conclusions provide a description of the strengths and opportunities for improvement for each functional area. Analyses, documentation and summarized interviews are used and documented to support factual basis of the findings.
Recommendations indicate changes that the company should implement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness or improve level of service. Recommendations are developed with regard to ongoing operating costs and implementation costs as well as organizational changes and staffing.
We will draft a final report and implementation plan for the engagement. We will also make presentations as requested.
